You can now filter out bulk emails on the Communications log

In the Communications log, you now have the option to filter by bulk email!

We’ve had the ability to filter by “communication type” for quite some time, but you weren’t able to see which patients had received a bulk/group email. There’s now an option for this under “Bulk emails”, when you use the filtering too:

This is interesting as I dd not know we could send bulk emails… only SMS. I’ve just tried to do it but can only seem to send bulk SMS.

You should see the option to bulk SMS or Email when you click on the **Send message to patients/clients **link from the communications tab:
