It’s here. If you need to cancel a patient from a series of repeat bookings, you can!
Previously, it was a manual, one-by-one process when it came to removing a patient from upcoming group bookings (such as a pilates class); you could also only cancel individual appointments one at a time. It was kind of a tedious process.
But. But! As of now, if you cancel an individual, recurring appointment—or if you need to cancel a patient from multiple upcoming group appointments they’re booked into—you’ll see the option to Cancel all occurrences:
This will cancel all future instances of this appointment, but will not affect anything in the past.
