April was full of new changes and helpful resources that will allow you to make the most of your Cliniko account. Let’s get right to it!
- You are now able to export a spreadsheet of all your appointment types!
- Account statements can now be properly filtered by business.
- Cancelled and “Did Not Arrive” (DNA) appointments can now be included in patient cases.
- Filter your patient history reports by cancelled and missed appointments.
- We’ve written clearer messaging around online payments and billable items.
- When editing a payment, the order of the payment types wasn’t always consistent. We’ve changed this, so now it will always be in the same order!
- You can now date a patient’s date of birth as far back as 125 years ago.
- Columns for “Practitioner” and “Businesses” have been added to the wait list entries data export.
- If you edit the practitioner on an appointment, the associated invoice will also be updated to include the new practitioner’s name.
- We’ve added a message to the data exports page to help offer some clarity around delayed exports during peak times.
- Appointment times are now included in the “invoices” data export.
- Products included on a deleted import will remain on any invoices they’d been added to if the invoice is edited after the import deletion.
- Newly-created appointments weren’t always loading properly. This was fixed!
- Depending on your screen size, the data export filters were sometimes looking a little squished and uneven. That’s sorted now!
- Similarly, the account statement “Show filters” button was being cut off in some cases. It’s fixed up!
- Certain buttons were missing on archived patients, but not any more!
- If you were viewing an email in the Communications log, there were sometimes too many blank spaces in between lines. Those are gone!
- Certain characters weren’t displaying correctly on some PDFs. Now they are!
