It would be really useful to be able to see when the patient’s next appointment is coming up to decide whether to offer them a cancellation. It would also be nice to know when they last had an appointment.
If the client has an appointment in the following week anyway, I usually wouldn’t offer them a cancellation, as they are only going to cancel their next week’s appointment and I’ll have to reschedule that.
If they had an appointment last week, it’s too soon.
At the moment I have to do a huge amount of toggling between tabs to determine who to offer a (rare and valuable) cancellation to, opening up each individual client (I have over 30 on my list) to check their status.
