We have 9 practitioners in our business (some only working 1 hour per week). We also use repeat appointments to book by the term. Sometimes practitioners accidentally click the ‘cancel’ button rather than ‘reschedule’ or ‘archive’. This leads to long lists of cancelled appointments in the ‘cases’ and ‘appointments’ section which makes it difficult to keep track of billing and session dates.
I need an option to ‘archive’ sessions that have been accidentally ‘cancelled’ to clear these sessions out of the ‘cases’ and ‘appointments’ section.
