Similar to how patient forms work, your treatment notes can now have section descriptions. This might come in handy if you have a lot of sections, and need to make the breakdown of each one more clear!
If you want to add desciptions to your treatment note templates, edit the template. Under the section title area, you’ll see a link to “Add section description”:
You can add your description there:
Be sure to save these changes! Now, when you go to write a treatment note using this template, you’ll see the section description above each relevant section:
The description will also show up on the PDF export of the note.
Note: This change applies to both existing and new notes. Simply edit your old Treatment Note Templates to see the new section description section.
