I am finding the endless scroll of the treatment forms counter-productive. When taking a client’s medical history, the flow of the consultation is not necessarily in the order of the intake form. Scrolling blindly on a device/computer does not improve rapport with clients!
Clients often have verbal diarrhoea when given the space to talk about issues. If I have to jump back and fore through the sections to cover everything, it’s easy to get lost in the long lists of questions as formatted in Cliniko.
Could a tab format to switch between section headings be conducive to the flow of consultation? That way, each section can be completed, be easily discernible from the milieu of form questions and we can optimise navigation of the form design to better interact with the form and our clients.
