It would be excellent if tables could be created in Treatment note templates and letters!
As health practitioners, we take multiple measures/observations on left and right sides of the body. Recording this in paragraph form or ‘a new line per measure’ leads to very long treatment notes. Its time consuming to going back, looking for previous measures to compare and assess treatment effect.
I’ve used 'Microsoft Word" tables with Front Desk previously and recording measures were so clear, quick and simple! These tables could also be copied & pasted into Drs letters to update them on outcome measures in a digestible format. For example a Foot Neurovascular Assessment. Then when retesting comes around, only the change measures need to be updated - saving so much double handling and time!
