Wondering what others do when you have students on placement who need access to all files and notes but can’t invoice.
Do you set up an account called ‘student’ and remove access to invoicing and appts??
Would you then need to change the password each time a student leaves so they don’t have continued access??
How do you get around confidentiality when students have access to all other files in the system??
How do you allow students to write notes that are then co-signed by the practitioner??
So many questions!
