A few days ago we released a new feature—online booking time slots were reserved for 7 minutes and 30 seconds while a patient was making the booking.
It turns out, though, that the length of time (or even the reservation feature) isn’t necessarily what suits all clinics! So, we’ve made an adjustment. Within your online bookings settings, you can specify how long you want the reservation feature to last for, or even if you want to use it at all.
You’ll see it listed under the Online booking (in progress) reservation length heading:
While it will default to 7 minutes, you can select anywhere from 1 to 15 minutes, or disable it entirely:
