SMS alert on appointment page

Our front desk staff live their life in the appointment page…very rarely go to the dashboard.
It would be useful to have something on the appointment page to alert that there is something unread on the dashboard…this is particularly pertaining to sms messages.
I’m finding that we are seeing replies hours later as our front desk staff don’t go to that page.

I agree and have mentioned this before.

We have this problem too; in the meantime I’ve set it up so that SMS notifications get emailed to the front desk inbox, which is monitored throughout the day.
