We’ve made a small update to how scheduling practitioner availability works, specifically when it comes to adding a new practitioner.
Under the new practitioner’s availability, the default clinic that shows up in the drop-down menu (if you have more than one clinic) will be the one that automatically has availability:
Any other clinics will not automatically have days and times selected. You’ll need to manually select which clinic(s) should offer additional days and times, and customise the practitioner’s availability accordingly.
The default clinic is defined as the one that was first added into Cliniko’s business settings. If you only have one clinic, this change won’t apply to you at all!
