It’s been at least a couple of years since discussion surrounding email security. Has there been any progress on this?
Please may I re-request the ability to send patient letters directly from Cliniko in a secure / encrypted format, a priority?

+1 - this is a fantastic idea. Cliniko, please help us say goodbye to Efax!!!
This is a good idea but probably not realistic, at least not in the UK. It would required the patient having the same software at the other end to decrypt the email. What would be a good idea though would be the ability to password protect exported PDFs and to be able to attach them to emails all within cliniko. That way you could export a patient treatment plan encrypted with say their reference number or initials and date of birth and they could access it when they download it from their email.
Would love this for sending letters to GPs and Specialists
