Can we please get a report set up for Cases, it would help with keeping track of open cases and closing off of cases when the reports are done
just came on here to see if anyone knew a way of doing this - i’d 100% like this please!
We differentiate patients with their referral type in brackets ie: (EPC) (DVA) (TAC) following their Last name so we don’t miss anything when we go to process payments. Cases is very helpful for tracking the number of appointments each of these patient have attended but only if it used correctly. Having a report which would track out of date cases would be extremely helpful. I have just had to export the patient list, sort the data and check each patient individually to catch any that had been missed & notify each practitioner of the letters they need to write in order to be compliant
