Report Simplification

In “appointment reports” there are two types.



*Appointments schedule
search options are daily, weekly, Monthly
*Missed appointments
search options are “pick a date range.”

It would be really useful to be able to pick a date range in Appointment schedule also. The limited nature of the three options is really frustrating.

Also, missed appointments gives both “canceled” and “did not attend”.
It would be great to be able to have the option of seeing them displayed separately, as we treat these differently.
