Reception staff able to send bulk communication

Hi there,

Sadly due to COVID in Melbourne we have had to close our clinic for 6 weeks. When I asked reception to send a bulk email/ SMS to upcoming patients, I discovered they didn’t have this ability- only admin.

I would really see this as something a receptionist has the power to do, not just admin. This meant I wasted hours of ‘busywork’ sending this, while trying to see patients at the same time.

Please fix!
