There is nothing to prompt our front desk to create a recall si it seems a very manual process. If doing through the invoice process and you don’t click to create next appointment, you should get a pop up to create a recall.
Hi, you can automate this via invoice process , appointment process, and treatment note process via Cliniq Apps.
This would be preferred! You could set it up right there and 3 weeks or 3 months later patient gets an email - set recall template letter and there you go.
