Hiya. Can we please change the online booking field to “patient name” and “patient DOB”. I get so many idiot parents who put their own names and DOBs in those fields when booking their children in.
It should be a really easy fix to just change it to “patient details” rather than “your details”, which obviously stupid people take too literally. And sadly there seems to be an awful lot of stupid people.
