Patients not receiving invoices

Many of my patients have not been receiving their invoices when I send them from Cliniko. They have checked their spam folders etc and do not seem to be getting them at all. This has been going on for months and several people have queried about it. Please look into this and fix it. It is a key feature of Cliniko and having to download invoices and send them via personal email is time consuming and not sustainable.
