When our patient reminders go out we are often bombarded with responses from clients with either a yes or no response to their appointment. It would be great if there was a way for cliniko to recognise in the patients appointment if they have said they will attend or not. Or even if they have responded yet.
For example. Currently we might have 5 practitioners working and if each has 20 patients a day, that is a lot of replies coming in! It is a real pain to try and work out who hasn’t responded. We find that sometimes these people get missed and then they are a no show which is costing us time and money. Even if there was a way for us to mark their appointment as confirmed similar to marking the patient as arrived or did not arrive, we would be able to easily see who is not confirmed.
Surely I am not the only business having these issues. Any work arounds?
