Online Forms Date Field error

Some patients are complaining that the date field in the Online Form is not being accepted. It appears that this may occur when their patient’s operating system tries to offer a date selection pop up where the OS identifies a date field in the form. The problem appears to be that the Online Form does not accept the format of the date popup. Does anyone else have the same feedback / issue?
