So, we kept having kind of a lot of clients who either came in because they “thought” they had an appt or called to cancel an appt, because they made it on the wrong day. We finally figured out why this was happening . . … . .when our clients try to book online for a day in which we have no appointments, Cliniko just shows them the next day with an available appointment, but it’s not obvious that it’s not the day they were after. Is anyone else having the problem? And is there some way to make it more obvious that there are no appts the day they chose, so they can intentionally (and with forethought) pick another day?
