Online booking not storing patient info

Is anyone having the issue of patient details not being stored in their browser? It is happening to all of our patients and apparently has been going on for months. They have to add their details in every time and I know not everyone is using private browsers or deleting cookies. It seems to happen after about 2 hours from my testing

As an update, 2 clinics we work with have the same issue - patients just don’t say anything so we didn’t know. It’s not browser settings or phone settings - 100% of our patients have to enter their email, DOB and name every time they book in. It doesn’t double up their details, it just doesn’t save them.
We tested the website and the cliniko link and it’s the same on both which means it’s a cliniko issue.
