We have some Practice Members who call ahead to say that they can’t make it for their upcoming appointments. However, due to their schedules, aren’t able to let us know their rescheduled time/day.
So our practice is to keep it there on the system to remind ourselves (visually) to recall the Practice Member again. We know there are recall lists and all, but it’s just not visually conducive and practical.
Is there a way for the system to NOT send appointment reminders to appointments that have status changed to “Did Not Arrive”?
