One thing I’m noticing, particularly for our clients who see multiple practitioners, that confusion can arise when we say that their next appointment is on a particular date and time and they haven’t rebooked for their current practitioner yet.
My suggestion for an update is when you click on someone’s appointment and their details come up (with “Arrived”, “Did Not Arrive” etc.), it shows their next appointment date and time. I suggest that perhaps under that appointment it should say who the appointment is booked with. This would speed up admin processing times and hopefully prevent confusion.
