New filtering options for the patient history report

The patient history report is now a little shinier, because you can filter it! :sparkles:

Previously, when you selected the History button for any patient…

…a PDF of all of that patient’s notes, appointments, and forms would load in a new browser window, and you could then just download it and print it off!

Sometimes these history reports could get really long, though, and we wanted to make it a little easier for you to narrow things down.

Enter the new filtering system!

When you press that History button, you’ll now see a page that will allow you to filter by date range, practitioner, business, and “records” (appointments, treatment notes, and patient forms)::

If you want to grab a report of everything, there’s no need to use the filters, because by default, everything will be in that report!

But if you want to drill down into, say, just treatment notes written by a certain practitioner during a certain date range, you can now do that!

Once you’ve selected your filters, simply press Print at the top:

This will then load that history report into a new browser window for you (just like it did before), and you can download it to your computer or print it off.

Super useful, But why can’t Receptionist roles access the Appointment portion of this History report??
