We’ve added a few new options to the “lead time” for online bookings! Previously, the most you could set it for was 3 days (meaning that a patient looking at available appointments wouldn’t see anything available until 3 days in the future, even if you had open spots before then).
Now, in addition to the existing options, you can select between 1 and 4 weeks—so you can have a lot more lead time between now and the available appointments your patients see:
Note: This is an account-wide setting, so it would apply to all appointment types offered online, for any patient making a booking.
This should be helpful if you need to have more buffer time in between your current availability, and when you’d like new patients to book appointments.
