Hey there Cliniko Sounding Board!
I’d like to throw out a suggestion for message forwarding. When SMS’s are sent from the Cliniko software, the response can be sent to either one email address +/or one mobile number. Could we please have the option to have the replies sent to the originating practitioners email +/or mobile number? I’m doing a lot of email forwarding at the moment for practitioners who are following up with patients through the system.
