I would love somewhere I can put notes/comments separate to my “clinical treatment notes” under each client or account that I can make notes. e.g. invoice sent, pc reminder, sms reminder of unpaid accounts. Even with a pop up reminder (that I can set to my invoicing terms) e.g. 7 days, 30 days, so that I can then go back in and email the invoice again, make a call to them or text them. Just to help me manage debt collection.
I use ‘recalls’ for reminders to pop up about accounts and I use ‘extra information’ to keep notes about unpaid accounts - ot I have a ‘recall’ which is called ‘admin note’ that is set at no recall date if I want to keep any info off the ‘extra info’.
