We could really do with an easier system of invoicing insurance companies and keeping track of their outstanding debts etc. We currently use the “email other” option which works but I wouldn’t say its that helpful and user friendly.
What I’d like would be a “Contact/Company” section, when you get to opening a new invoice ups could have a drop down menu of who to invoice or an invoice other column and then a drop down menu of insurance companies and other regular payees.
Then in reporting we could filter the outstanding invoices on which company via another drop down menu.
This could interlink with your new “Case” system
Or set up integration with Healthcode. Would save us a ton of Admin.
