Improvements to the Medicare integration

There are a couple of new features within the Medicare integration! :raised_hands:

First up, you can now claim multiple items per invoice (previously, you could only claim one item at a time). You’ll be able to select any items from your invoice when preparing the claim:

Next, you’ll now see the the reasons for a claim being rejected. There will be response code at the top:

This can be expanded to see the reason for the rejection:

Finally, you’ll now see service dates along with the claim items:
