In addition to previously requested features like eSignature and mandatory fields which I believe are being worked on, there are a few improvements that would be great. I currently use Cognito Forms for my forms but hoping to move these to Cliniko at some point.
In section descriptions be able to justify the text, add bullets, hyperlinks, bold and underlin etc
In questions allow more characters to be entered and some formatting. I currently have to put T&Cs in the section description, then add a question and an answer just to get a checkbox agreed. Maybe there is a better way of doing it.
Linking the data entered to the client profile so if client enters allergies for example it would create a medical alert or if they enter their emergency contact etc it would be populated
Have more field type like date, address, number, scale rating etc
