I would like to request a method of improving SMS Messaging & Communications.
Is it possible to integrate an “Inbox” for incoming SMS messages with a read/unread filter & “Actioned” criteria? This would ensure that messages coming in to our practice are being read, give us the ability to determine who read them & then if any follow up is required the ability to tick it off.
I would also like it if we could streamline & improve the communication recording method. Currently when calling or speaking with patients I am recording notes in the patient file Communications field. Can we get an easier method of recording communications with a simple single click button for a new communication & then be able to record the details & assign it to a patient file?
