Have you noticed that you have grown fat while sitting at home in quarantine?

Hi guys , i have a question for you.While I was working from home, I put on 13 kg, maybe this is not so much, but I definitely do not want to gain more weight, since in my city the gyms are still closed I am looking for a fitness blog and a diet on which I will start eating.
I am open to any suggestion

I was the opposite lost 4kg. Less driving more walking.
