Fixed Revenue Calculations for Practitioner Performance Reports


In the past few days some of our customers have reported that the revenue values shown in the Practitioner Performance report were different from those shown in the Practice Revenue report for the same time interval. We investigated this issue and determined that the Practitioner Performance reports had a bug in how it handled time zones when querying invoices to figure out an account’s revenue, which could cause it to include reports from outside the requested interval.

This has been fixed, and now the information on any new Performance reports will cover the correct interval. Unfortunately, this means you will need to delete any incorrect reports and generate them again to see the correct figures.
