Email Other - third party


Im unsure if clients invoices have been emailed to a third party.
Would be handy to have a flag on the account tab that highlights to us that it has been emailed to another party.

Does the “Communications” log help with this at all? Within every client’s account, you can see a record of any outgoing messages, whether they’re emailed invoices, SMS messages, letters, or appointment reminders:

Or are you looking to see something more visible on the invoice itself to denote that this particular one has been sent to the third party?

Yes I was looking for something more visible either on the email or cliniko booking page to show it has been sent.
