Email Confirmation when booking directly onto calendar

Is there any way I can get an email confirmation of a patient being booked when that appointment is posted directly onto my cliniko calendar by a scheduler, as opposed to the official online booking system being used ? Receptionists at practice booked patient onto the calendar for me, but if I don’t periodically check that calendar, I have no other way of knowing if anything has been booked.
