Email Confirmation/Reminders - With the click of a button

In addition to sending automatic appointment reminders and confirmations (set up for appointment types) I would like to see a way with the ‘click of a button’ and send an email confirmation/reminder as a one-off. (Similar to the feature that allows us to click the button to email an invoice when the invoice is selected and there is an email address on file)

It would be something useful to have added to the appointment information box that pops up when you click on a scheduled appointment (under the ‘arrived’, ‘did not arrive’, ‘add payment’, ‘add treatment note’). A ‘send email confirmation’ and/or send email reminder’ would be great and have the little green check show up!
