In addition to having a login portal for clients. I had a client book the other day but put the wrong email address in (the old gmail.con). so they didn’t get a confirmation email and when I went to email them to advise that they missed only then found out when the email address entered when they booked bounced.
I agree we need this! I made a case request in Oct20 for this, not sure where this stands in the pipeline…

The green tick indicates and email gets sent.
Under communications tab we can now see failed emails if you look but if the green tick on the appointments page became a red cross then this would bring it to our attention from the diary.
I’ve discovered that you can type “failed” into the search bar on the communication screen and it will eventually show the emailed that fail.
