I great feature would be the ability to delay send the SMS. we have used with great success a touch point with our patients at 24-48 hour period after their appointment to check in and see how their treatment is going and to offer the ability to answer any questions they may have. Being able to schedule a text to go out in the future at a select time and date was of great use

Yep I agree with @LukeG as well, being able to delay messages certainly makes keeping in contact with patients a lot easier!!

Agreed. But wouldn’t an automatic follow up email be more effective since SMSs incur a cost?
I feel a text is more personal than an email but that’s just me
