Dashbord communication

Hi Cliniko, I have been directed here as I put in a ‘help notification’, I am just wandering if you can help with dashboard alerts as I have a group that answer my phone and they are in the same state but on the other side or town, quite often it takes a good while for an alert to come up, (after the fact that the client is running five minutes late) or does not come up as a an alert by the dashboard as it is an addition to a previous message. So we are now emailing which is often faster and messages are getting answered both on email or dashboard (sometimes getting confused) its double communication to get around our dashboard alert issue. Any ideas, or any work that you can help with more of an instant messaging tool on dashboard? Dara has suggested using slack but if possible as we are on cliniko I would like use one tool. Thanks
