Please can there be a checkbox on Dashboard to show that the message has been read. Please can there - even more important - be a checkbox on sms replies to show that the client message has been actioned. We have multiple admin and there is no way to show that it has been done.
I would love to have this too as all of our reception staff need to know whether or not the reply has been dealt with or not. It would save many messages having to be left for each other.
