"COVID-19 related" added as an appointment cancellation reason

Things are changing rapidly, and we know that—unfortunately—your clinic may be enountering more cancellations than normal. In order to make things easier for both you and your patients, we’ve added a new item to the list of cancellation reasons—“COVID-19 related”.

You’ll see this as an option on the appointment screen itself:

And if your patients are cancelling their own appointments, they’ll see the same option on their own screen:

If you want to keep track of how many appointments have been canacelled because of COVID-19 related reasons, you can run a Missed appointments report to get that information. The reason will be listed, along with the rest of the appointment details:
