When trying to connect to Cliniko on windows pcs we have started receiving a warning saying the certificate is not secure and we can not login. This has hapoened on 4 seperate windows pcs over 3 different locations. Android and Apple seem uneffected. Clearing cache does not work, different browsers (chrome, firefox or edge) make no difference, re-booting router again nothing. 24 hours on with no progress from Cliniko support. Has anyone else come across this problem?
Solved: Turns out the problem was Bitdefender AntiVirus software not liking the certificate so I’m uninstalling it and researching new AntiVirus.
