Cliniko Support Hours: The Holiday/New Year Edition

The end of the year (and the 2010s :scream:) is upon us. That holiday break is inching closer with every hour, and you’re most likely looking forward to having some time to sit back, relax, and soak in the last few days of 2019!

Our support team will be relaxing during this time, as well. We’ll still be available, but our response times will most likely be a bit slower than they usually are, due to our respective team members enjoying some time off! :sun_with_face: :snowman:

From the 21st of December to the 5th of January, responses to any support requests may not be processed as quickly as they are during regular working hours. We’ll resume normal hours again starting on Monday, January 6th!
