Cliniko Support Hours: The Holiday 2020 Edition

2020 has been one heck of a year, to put it lightly. And if you’re thankful that it’s coming to a close, we’re right there with you. We hope that you’re able to have a happy, safe, and restful close to the year. Our team is taking a little break, as well.

During the next couple of weeks, our support team might take a bit longer to respond to your inquiries—we’ll still be around, but our team members will be slowing down and enjoying some screen-free time.

From Monday, 21 December through Monday, 4 January, our responses to any support requests may not be processed as quickly as they are during normal working hours. We’ll be back to regular programming after that. We wish you all a happy New Year! :fireworks::sparkler:
