If you have online payments enabled, it’s required that a billable item be linked to each appointment type (if that appointment type allows for online payments).
Previously, it was wasn’t super clear that you had to have a billable item linked to the appointment type in order for online payments to work properly. We’ve added an alert that makes it more obvious if you try to enable online payments for an appointment type that doesn’t currently have a related billable item:
