Clearer messaging about automatic SMS top-ups

If you have automatic top-up enabled for your SMS purchases, and if you card is declined when we attempt to run that transaction, the automatic top-up function is disabled—however, we hadn’t made this very clear before. :pensive:

This was resulting in some confusion about why SMS credits weren’t topped up automatically the next time credits got low—and this wasn’t good! So, we’ve added a line to the email that you get if the automatic top-up failed that lets you know you will need to change your settings again (to re-enable automatic top-up).
