In Cliniko, you have the option to bulk SMS your patients. We’ve recently changed this feature so that you can distinguish marketing messages and important non-promotional messages. And we now have more changes up our sleeve for managing your marketing SMS!
First, we have changed the wording to make how this one works a little clearer:
Next, we’ve added the ability to mass subscribe or unsubscribe all current patients as well as an option to set your default setting for new patients. You can find this new feature in Settings → SMS Settings.
These changes only affect our bulk SMS function in Cliniko and won’t affect MailChimp or other integrations.
