When archiving a patient, they do not appear in certain Reports and you cannot create appointments for them. However, if an archived patient ever returned to your clinic or business and then wanted to make an appointment – this would cause issues for Schedulers. Previously, they would need an Admin or Power Receptionist to unarchive the patient before they were able to book them in again.
Since Schedulers need to… wait for it… schedule people -- they can now re-activate/unarchive patients. This will then allow Schedulers to book an appointment.
